With a degree in Psychology and years of experience in Human Resources, Maria has mastered the art of connecting with people, understanding their needs, and transforming ideas into strategic, successful projects. Her ability to manage clients, interpret their expectations, and turn them into creative solutions has been key to our agency’s growth and reputation.
Before founding PANTERA, she worked at renowned advertising agencies, including the prestigious McCann, where she contributed to developing campaigns for global brands. Her experience in these top-tier firms gave her the ability to combine high-level strategies with a personal, client-focused approach, ensuring that every collaboration is not just a service but a meaningful creative experience.

Some are born to follow the rules, others to break them and rewrite them. Arnaldo Rocco Bruno Barrios belongs to the latter category. A communications professional, award-winning filmmaker, and published author, he has turned visual communication and branding into his own battleground, where every project is an opportunity to challenge the conventional.
From the beginning of his career, Rocco has demonstrated an innate talent for telling stories that impact and leave a lasting impression. His passion for cinema has led him to create award-winning short films, exploring powerful narratives that deeply connect with audiences. As a published author, he has translated his unique vision onto the page, showcasing his ability to build worlds and characters that transcend.
Throughout his career, he has worked on projects for major brands such as Adidas, Lululemon, and Celsius, combining his knowledge of production with a strategic vision and visual innovation. His experience has also led him to collaborate with global artists like Bad Bunny, Shakira, Alejandro Sanz, among others, leaving his creative mark on projects that cross borders.
With a bold vision and boundless creativity, he founded PANTERA, a space where visual storytelling comes to life and brands and artists find their authentic identity.
